After much hard work, we are finally at a full beer list! 9 beers to be exact. Thecla and Michael have been brewing steadily to make sure that not only are these beers on point but that there is plenty of beer for every customer that comes through the door.
When you start a brewery there really is no ideal amount of volume to shoot for… just more than too little and less than too much. You brew too much and you run the risk of having it go bad. You brew not enough and you put yourself in a bad situation with customers when you run out. We have been working diligently to make sure neither of these events occurs and so far so good.
While these will not be the only beers that we run all year they do represent what we believe to be a solid summer line-up. From top to bottom also runs from darkest to lightest and each one represents a different flavor that we believe even the newest of Craft Beer drinkers will love.
We have had a great amount of feedback from our customers and we are so appreciative of all the support. Come in and step out of your comfort zone one night with a beer you don’t usually try… we love introducing our community to new flavors.
