We don’t have a kitchen, it’s not a bad thing… we actually planned it that way.
So when you have no kitchen you now are in a great position to work closely with food partners to serve your customers. You work together to help drive great value for each and every person that comes through your door… it’s a lot of collaboration and communication with each other and when it’s done right amazing things happen.
Ripe Tomato is one of those food partners for us and a few weeks ago we had a discussion that will be driving more value to everyone who comes on SUNDAY’S.
Starting this Sunday, Sept 15th we will be hosting BRUNCH AT THE BREWERY with a menu featuring 3 different breakfast options supplied by Ripe Tomato for you to choose from (see picture on this post for menu). We also will be serving up brunch style beers to go with each of these delicious food items… Think mimosa’s but with beer!!
We have such GREAT food partners that truly support not only us but our community. It’s cool collaborations like this that make this amazing industry so exciting and vibrant.
