Did we mention we are brewing!!?!? yeah, that’s right… BREWING!!! After months of construction, contractors, dust, cleaning, permits, and paint… WE… ARE … BREWING!
Thecla, Stew, and Michael S. have been going non-stop since the starter gun fired this week. It’s really something to observe the huge amounts of work that will go into each brew.
See, when you build a brewery, you will find yourself engaging with so many other spots to learn. You participate in a lot of brewery tours, and tastings, and trade shows, that you grow to love how much behind the scenes work goes into making something that is consumed in minutes.
It’s one thing to watch others do it … it’s something completely different when it’s your team grinding the grains, pulling the chain on the gantry, cleaning the systems, dropping the hops etc. it really does create a cathartic experience in you.
